Our contractual commitments

• No training on customer data. No customer data is used to train AI models.
• No processing in third countries. All inference happens within Switzerland and the EU.
• No third-party access to client matter content. Customer content remains isolated from external parties.
• Strict matter separation. Clear isolation across users and clients at the platform level.
• Auxiliary person status. CASUS acts as an auxiliary person (Hilfsperson) to attorneys, ensuring full compliance with attorney-client privilege.
